6 Steps To Start Your Week Powerfully

1. Set an intention.

Ask yourself,

“What do I want to achieve by the end of the week?”

It all begins with the end goal in mind.

Without knowing where you want to be, it’s like you do not have any destination point to input into your GPS.

Why is this powerful: Establish a clear outcome actually puts your mind on a search for priorities and answers that match up with what you are asking.  When you are specific with what you want to achieve by the end of the week, you set your energy into motion to make powerful choices that are in alignment with your desire.

2. Experience fulfillment.

Include at least one activity that gives you an experience of fulfillment.

Why is this powerful: Fulfillment comes from recognizing that your efforts are connecting you to reap the results that you desire.  As you create a track record of successes one fulfillment at a time, you’ll embrace an attitude of joy, knowing you are well on your way to achieve all that you want in your life.

3. See and appreciate the beauty that is around you.

Whenever you want to create a positive change to what you’re going through, take a 90-second break to breathe deeply and affirm beauty in your environment as well as in yourself.

Why is this powerful: When you appreciate what’s beautiful, you give yourself a moment of rejuvenation to raise your level of emotional contentment.  This refreshes your energy and helps you maintain a relaxed state of alertness while taking your action steps in the direction of your desired goal.

4. Accept full responsibility that you are actively creating your life.

Even when you’re facing situations that are not favorable, owning your responsibility raises your conscious awareness to live the consequences of your past choices while thoughtfully picking your available choices in the moment.

Why is this powerful: To free yourself from any dis-ease or ‘victim’ mentality that may distract you from achieving what you want, accepting and embracing all parts of your life is the healthiest way to move yourself powerfully forward.  As you consciously witness your self-growth week after week month after month, you’ll continue to acknowledge yourself as the powerful creator of your experience.  You’ll continue to give yourself the full permission to responsibly choose what you want in your life from the position of honoring your free will.

5. Welcome assistance.

Welcome assistance from both known and unexpected sources.

Why is this powerful: All of your needs and wants can often be met above and beyond your expectations when you do yourself a favor and make a simple request to ask for help.  Your week can be so much more productive and enjoyable when you welcome assistance in your life.

6. Share your joy!

To live life is to experience joy.  Whatever your circumstances, there is always something that can bring you delight.  So, love what delights you and share your joy!

Why is this powerful: What you put your attention on will grow.  When you begin your week, focus on the areas of your life that are bringing you joy.  As you share your joy, you are setting your energy into motion that vibrates at a contagious level of ease and happiness.  This sets the perfect tone to powerfully manifest your desired outcome of the week!
