As a Certified Professional Tarot Reader, Henrietta follows and adheres to the code of ethics as outlined by The American Tarot Association as well as The Canadian Tarot Network.

"My goal as a reader is to help my clients to take responsibility for their own action in life," says Henrietta. "I believe Tarot is a tool that can help us explore and evaluate our life choices."

While Tarot may help to raise your awareness about you and your circumstances in life, the cards do not and will not take away your decision-making power or over-ride your free will of choice.

Rest assured that Henrietta will always conduct her reading with the intention to serve for the higher good. Her reading will never be generated by any computerized automatic program. She'll intuitively shuffle and draw from a pack of cards every single time when she performs a reading.

As a Tarot reader, Henrietta will always ...

• conduct professional reading with the intention to serve for the highest good of all concerned. She'll reserve the right to refuse or decline to perform a reading if it is not of the best interest for all parties involved.
• continue to upkeep and advance her skills and knowledge in the subject of Tarot.
• do her best to support and provide helpful interpretations at all times. If there is a need to rephrase a question, she will inform her clients.
• remain and be compassionate and non-judgmental when she communicates with her clients. She will treat all her clients with equal respect regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.
• conduct Tarot reading in complete honesty. She will represent honestly her Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials and levels of certification.
• keep confidential the names of her clients and all information shared or discussed during readings unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.
• honor and respect the privacy of people. She will not perform her reading on anyone other than the client in her session.
• not give advice in areas for which she is not qualified. She will recommend her clients to consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical or psychological nature. All readings that she provides will be considered of complementary nature only and do not substitute or claim to replace any professional advice in the above areas. The information provided in any reading session is not legally binding. Henrietta can assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, her readings.

• adhere to the code of ethics as outlined by CTN. She will always treat her professional colleagues with respect. She will enquire CTN for clarification and guidance if she has any question in relation to members’ practice.
